Stress Management is so important for our health and wellbeing. This course talks about the stresses we can feel and how they can affect us. Once we are aware of our stresses we can work towards changing the way that we deal with situations so that we feel less stressed.  Stress can also be a powerful motivator. Most of what we hear about stress is negative, we can also use it to our advantage to motivate us towards our goals.
